quick update
so i'm back up and going after yesterday. i'm no worse for the wear except for the lost time and a sore throat. turns out i don't have an ulcer so that's a major plus. and honestly, now that i'm adjusting my diet to say away from the non recomended foods, and have been on this new med for a couple weeks, i am feeling better, though better is definitely a relative term. so now it's back to the grind stone!
