green day... i don't know why i picked this early one. except that i was thinking about cometbus a lot lately and then operation ivy and i got a little nostalgic for young stupid/silly boys...as apposed to slight grown up and politically charged stupid/silly boys.
did the 'balloons' picture make it into my journal before? perhaps. this is from a 4 year old's birthday party.
belle/a. my sweet girl kitty. she doesn't get as much attention because she a) doesn't like me. b)isn't as cute as lincoln. [yeah. i said it.] c) hates getting her picture taken.
she is very pretty though.
this is one of my favourite sloan photos. it was taken outside of chris' parents house [??] on the day of the [original] 'underwhelmed' video. [am i totally making this up? it's a possibility.] i just like it because they all look so adorable/youthful/sloan-ish?

this is my desktop at the moment. i find it very intense for some reason. i like to turn my monitor away when i'm changing for bed...i'm kidding. i don't do that. handsom, grown up sloan.
this is sloan on a show in spain. playing 'try to make it' and my personal favourite [for obvious reasons] 'judy is a punk'. it's so much fun.
this isn't my favourite ben folds five song but it's still way up there. i do, however, love this video. i don't even know if i can explain why. i'm not entirely sure why! i think a big part of it has to do with what happens 3:59-4:04 minutes into the video... [the part 'on' the blinds]
and sad news: Kurt Vonnegut has passed away
