"how do you want me to play along?"
some more [non-dramatic] things to say:
*i only ride my bike, aaron, when no one else is around. i've already 'almost' got hit by a car.
only once, which is pretty good considering i thought i'd die the first time i rode it.
*i'm dying my hair right now. i'm right in the middle of letting the dye set so my head smells like fumes and grossness.
*i finally told someone about my 'vampire sex dream' other than just jotting it down on live journal. it was a lot funnier and scarier saying it all aloud.
*i also had a beautiful dream two nights ago. i remember a lot of other pointless dream things about it, but the main part was me getting the best hug in the whole world. it was so comforting and gentle and intense and vivid. i won't share who the guy was because i don't think that was the point. i think my sub-conscious was just thinking: "damn! this girl needs a big hug!"
it was really wonderful. i woke up so happy and content. it only lasted a few minutes but it's the only good thing that's happened in the last little while that i can talk about and i clung to it all day.
it makes me smile just thinking about it.
*i want to make a new rune set
*in a little over a week i'm going to see rancid and the planet smashers in toronto. [i'm still simultaneously wary and excited for those operation ivy 'covers'.]
i hope to buy a rancid t-shirt because i need new band shirts.
*i want a clash t-shirt.
*i want clerks II to come out on dvd.
*i want over the hedge to come out on dvd.
*"i like pizza. i like hot dogs..." i miss the simpsons and can't wait for the new season to start. [september 10th?]
*lincoln and belle/a are still being good cats. lincoln is growing SO MUCH! he bugs the hell out of belle/a, but i think she secretly loves it. it's not uncommon in my house to say "belle's killing him again. oh look, he's chewing on her ear! how cute."
*lincoln has very, very recently discovered that people do more than yell at him and feed him. he's starting to become a big suck. he'll rub all over my legs and arms and lick my toes, purring like a wild thing and then get bored and run away to knock something over...
it's adorable.
*i kinda just want to read preacher comics from now on until i die. ..yeah. geek.
