So sorry for leaving you in the dark! Honestly, I didn't think anyone really cared that much.
Gracie is doing fine. As I said in my personal journal, she had some complications post-surgery that required two more surgeries to fix. Here she is in her hospital cage:
I said at the time, "You know Gracie is feeling better when she rearranges her entire cage." Gracie is one OCD rat when it comes to cage decoration, lol!
She's currently recovering from a tumor removal she had last week, and her staples come out tomorrow. The same day one of her cagemates, Emma, needed to be spayed because she developed a bad case of pyometra and was bleeding heavily.
Bart, my oldest rat, had to be PTS in January due to hind end paralysis. I miss him dearly. I was just thinking about him today on the bus, and how much I missed having a cuddly rat. The girls are sweet, but so independent, they won't hold still for cuddles.
