And the term you're looking for is "residents", I think. You can qualify it with "of the Netherworld" if you wish. There probably isn't another term, since there is no Nation, after all~

Oh, yes, delinquency!! That's what I was thinking about before! It evaded my memory like a greased weasel~ I have been thinking that while I am here I should do as the denizens of the Netherworld and attempt such delightful mischief, but there is such a vast myriad of paths to take down this journey that I simply do not know where to start...

If you want to start with delinquency, I can help you! Of course, my Lady is far, far above me as a delinquent, so for true delinquency you need to ask her, but to start out, how about volunteering?

Helping with homework and organizing food for the unfortunate new arrivals would be a great start, I think!

I was standing under and within the impression that delinquency was about arson, or breaking windows with stitched balls and the shot of slings, or celebrating Halloween in the treasury with fire arms and receiving bank notes instead of candy.

Delinquents are about keeping the peace, helping old prinnies over the road without throwing them, and doing homework in time while attending all classes, even those that the teachers are trying to hide from the students~

Wait, I understand now! You must be from another world I have once heard of: "Bizarro World!" It is a world opposite to our own, filled with imperfect impostors of Clark Kent and Lois Lane! And how imperfect you two really are! Which of you is Lois and which is Clark? I simply must know~
