happy new year
well, i survived my first semester at the university, and managed to get very pleasing grades. i ended up with 4 A's and 1 B! this was very relieving news, considering that in order to keep my scholarship money i have to maintain a B average.
i just got back from seeing capote with megan. it was an excellent movie, but verrrry depressing. i kind of want to read the novel, In Cold Blood that Capote wrote, after seeing this movie.
the holidays havent really felt like holidays to me this year, but i dont really mind. i also feel really weird having all of this time off, with absolutely nothing to do, no homework, plans, or anything. it is kind of refreshing, but it is getting boring. i sleep in every day. haha. i was supposed to work at the yarn store over break, but i guess they are fully staffed so they only need me for 2 days. i was hoping to work there an build up some extra money. oh well...
i have been spending most of my time with Travis and it is wonderful. i have to say that i have never felt so completly comfortable and content around any other person i have ever met. its amazing :).
