today was the longest day of my life

i went to work for my dad's company (well, the company he works for) today. it was the most boring thing ever. seriously. i don't understand how people could possibly ever have a full-time office job. i'm kind of like a secretary (answering phones, taking messages, running errands, etc), but i also have to do accountant type stuff! ahhh! i don't have any experience with this, & they're trusting me with their bills?!?! if i were getting paid more than i was at ESS, then i probably wouldn't mind doing this. however, i'm getting paid the same, & ESS was easier/more fun (minus the drama ha). i did get the job at mervyn's though. although, i don't get paid well there. it was going to be a second job for the evenings after ESS, but since ESS didn't work out for the summer. i don't know what i'm going to do. maybe get a second job somewhere else? cuz i cannot work for my dad's company much longer. i can't handle it. hopefully, friday will be my last day.

oh & i miss jon & sandra A LOT.

p.s. how does one's feet hurt after sitting all day long in an office? yet when i'm at ESS, i have to stand up all day long, & my feet don't hurt one bit! hmmm...
