Alexander Lucard had never seen anyone more beautiful than the young brunette sitting at his dinning room table.
Her hair pulled back in a neat ponytail, and her porcelain skin seeming to glow from the moonlight streaming through the windows. She sat properly straight, her breathtaking eyes concentrating on the book that laid on the table in front of her. She looked up at him with a smile. “A hundred years I’ve been with you, and you still watch me across the room.”
Alexander smiled. “You are right. You are still as beautiful as the day we met.”
She got up from the table, and they exchanged a passionate kiss.
