I imagine Mustang would be VERY unhappy. And would get Havoc away. Mustang is protective of his own.

Of course, taking away the Fuhrer's naughty indulgence would probably make the man very angry.

Yes, this is a sad fic, because despite what Havoc says to himself to cope, it's wrong and he doesn't deserve it.
