Why I should stick to writing... Envy/Ed drawing.

Aug 16, 2005 11:40

I haven't drawn in years, I don't know why I decided to now. But a drawing urge hit and I went with it.

TITLE: Ed is So Screwed
PAIRING: Envy/Ed
RATING: R
WARNING: Iffy on the work safeness. Some mild bondage. No nudity though. And of course -- bad amature art.

Although I'm completely astonished by your multi-talentedness why aren't you writing Chapter 10?

Circe likes Envy *goes to tell her*

Humiliation is getting me down...

I sympathize. Hate that.

Yeah, you know, chapter 10 will go up when it's done...

I just have to admit to myself and the world that I'm not a writing machine, and taking a day or two between updates on a fic is NORMAL!

RIght now I'm just not in a torturing mood.

Yeah, Ed's hair and arm are weird... oh well, this is the first time I've tried to draw them.

Hey, it's a lot better than I could do!

Envy looks just like herself. If that makes any sense. :] Poor Ed, haha.

LOL...

This was a fluke... I don't usually draw at all. It's been a really long time since I've put pencil to paper.

You should do it more often. :)

Man, I can sympathize with the "hopefully, it won't take me nearly as long to draw something like this next time" line. >.> Last piece I did on LJ? TWELVE FREAKING HOURS. Woo.

*smashes head repeatedly with a brick*

But you're awesome because you're multi-talented. ♥ ♥ ♥

Wow... The drawing itself only took maybe half an hour (with kid yelling at me the entire time), but figuring out how to use the scanner (the program was buried somewhere) and then converting the picture from Tiff to Jpeg. Then shrinking it down to a reasonable amount, putting it up on photobucket (which did all kids of funky things) and finally getting it uploaded on LJ... that took me all morning long.

...Really? For me to draw and ink the crap I did, it took twelve hours. (Well, that included scanning and Photoshopping where I *cough* accidentally spilled ink everywhere *cough*, but that part only took me about an hour. I'm used to the scanner.)

Photobucket was giving you problems? Really? I don't think I've ever had it explode on me before...

Couldn't get photobucket to see my the right file. And when I first uploaded the picture it was HUGE like WHOA! I took it down and had to figure out how to shrink it, then get photobucket to accept the picture again.

I didn't ink. It's a sketch, I didn't even box it very well... Which is why this stays on my lj and I'm not going to humiliate myself in the communities with it.
