Not exactly. If I had to put them in human political catagories, Wilderist is actually more Libertarian, and Eugenist really doesn't have an equivalent.

Trying not to bog things down too much with the politics, but a touch of it was necessary so that the readers don't think that the Vampires are some hive mind or something.

The Eugenists basically are the ones who believe the best way to go is to tightly manage their assets, and basically take a more hands on approach to governing humans (ostentatiously for their own good) -- they are "farmers". Wilderists are "hunters" and prefer to let humans manage their own affairs as much as possible. Neither are better. The Eugenists are generally denounced as petty anal beurocrats, the wilderests as being lazy aristocrats, so pick your poison.

This is so awesome! I just love George and how he's so stubborn and Jeffrey is back on the scene! I realise there's like 32+ epilogue chapters and I can't wait to get there. :D
