I LOVE YOU! ohdeargod, you just don't know. OMG yes, just yes. It's hard to be coherent. The whole roy/ed thing, so excellent, so excellent. I have to reread this about a dozen times.
And I don't blame Ed for doubting. I can see Roy's problem just in the way he thinks about them. Just as things were coming together in his plan, something was falling apart between them. He wants to control their relationship -- even if what he wants is to make it as good as possible -- and that won't last.
It was STUPID -- But Ed always likes to face down his enemies. This was his only chance to do that, since he knows he's going to be surrendering. Eh... ya know... not my best.
I love how Ed is feeling in the beginning of this. I think its important for him to understand how much he could loose. I also like how Roy NOTICES this and wants to do something about it. And good for Ed standing up for himself and trying to integrate himself fully to the plan. Lovely chapter!

Although I am an adamant Al!Lover, and thusly enjoyed the fic centering more on Al, its good to see that Ed is back in.

But damn, Ed, what a stupid thing to do!

I'm really liking your handle on the characters... it's realistic.
...I'm really worried about everyone now though. Curse you! :D
