First time venting... And I think I need it.
I am SO pissed and annoyed right now. Seriously!
I know what I'm angry about is such a little thing. It really is. But really, my family can be assholes sometimes, bar a few.
My siblings especially.
I have Transformers obsession, right? I'm 19 and counting, right? SO WHO THE HELL GIVES A FUCK!? SERIOUSLY!!
I am so SICK AND TIRED of not being able to just ENJOY the things I like without getting an earful about it! All I was trying to do was watch the 80's cartoons (which I have recently discovered still show up on the Hub much to my great joy) and get through my recordings when my brother and sister came home from their youth thing. They were GONE up till now, mind you so I was taking the chance to actually watch tv that I like to watch. My sister sits down snd she's like 'Just so you know we're gonna watch South Park.'
I was just 'fine, but you can wait until my episode is over with. It's getting good.'
She gave me a look that literally said, 'Grow up!' AND SHE'S YOUNGER THAN ME!!!
So I'm sitting there, TRYING to watch the show, (it's the one where you first meet the Insecticons) and she just can't seem to SHUT UP AND LET ME WATCH IT so I have to keep rewinding to re-hear things which is annoying HER so I'm just SHUT UP!!
Well my brother (who is the BIGGEST ASS IN THE HISTORY OF ASSES) is all 'God, I wouldn't have such a problem if you weren't such a transformers purist!'
Well, WHATEVER, he doesn't know ANYTHING about this!! so my dad comes down to defend me (that man is my hero) and tell them to back off and let me enjoy my show for once and as SOON as he goes back upstairs I get 'God, Kate, you're such a Transformers Jew.'
So I lost it, threw the remote at my sister and told them FUCK OFF.
And now I'm in my room, typing this and trying to work off some steam. And it's not working cause I CAN'T FUCKING WRITE ANYTHING!!! They're all just jumbling together right now!
I mean....!!!
Seriously, am I not allowed to LIKE something without getting an earful!? Everybody already knows I'm obsessed with Transformers! So WHAT!? My siblings are such ASSES about it!! I can't even watch the SHOW without getting a 'God, really!? Come back to Earth Katee!' or a 'You're such a Transformers Jew!'
Just leave me the FUCK alone about it! You don't see me getting in your faces about stupid shit!!
And then they have to go and try to outsmart me in it and I'm just like 'Really?'
Cause they really only make themselves sound stupid. And they don't even FEEL bad when they upset me.
And I was just called petty because I don't want to talk to them... god I feel like crying right now....
