Mon: 2 mi run + yoga
Tues: strength training
Wed: 3.75 mi w/RP
Thurs: rest
Fri: 5.6 miles
Sat: 1+ hr hike
Sun: rest
I had another 2-mile run on my schedule. Didn't get it in last week, but I did run it this morning...and I ran an extra 1.35 during the course of the week...so I'm not too bummed about it.
