Today is a HUGE personal milestone for me.  It has been 4 years in coming.

Today I reached my goal weight on Weight Watchers.

I am so excited and thankful to be here!!  The trick, of course, is to stay here....

Thanks! I'm still going to count points (but I get 4 more a day now--18 wasn't easy to do)...I'm not sure I'm ready to go Core yet, and my brain is already full of points values!

hahaha well I figured out there are 10 pts in a bottle, whcih is entirely reasonable if you wanted to splurge and get wasted! Better than eating cake!

My leader said 14 today at the meeting...guess you just have to look at how big the bottle is. LOL

2 points for 4 oz, right? 25 oz per 750 mL bottle...crap, I get 12.5. Whatever. LOL

No, seriously, recommend me a nice red....
