Powerful poems on death

I've seen the following poem titled Do Not Call Me, Do Not Call Me,, Father, Untitled, and Song to my Son. Occasionally it's attributed to "an Anonymous Englishman writing in 1944", and some suggest Pavel Antokolsky as its author, but it is most commonly attributed to Lt. Vladimir Pavlovich Antokolovski, KIA June 6th, 1942.

Looks like the Russian Wiki lists it as being "Son" by Pavel (Paul) Grigorovich Antokolskii, probably written to his son, Vladimir Pavlovich Antokolskii (the middle name is the patronymic indicating a child's father, so Vladimir son of Paul, Paul son of Grigori). Antokolskii was a Russian poet of at least moderate note, dying in 1978. Yeah, occasionally those five years of Russian major (resulting in a minor) do help. :P
