Retail therapy
In an effort to recover from yesterday's iPod trauma I went into town with sammy38. I had some wages to pay in at the bank, so I decided to treat myself and bought The Pacific and Generation Kill on DVD. I am really looking forward to some intensive rewatching of the Pacific while I work this weekend and then at some point I think me and partofthequeue2 are going to rewatch GK.
When I've watched them both through a couple of times I think I might attempt some fic, maybe, it's been a long time since I wrote anything, but I'm feeling pretty inspired atm.
Also, I'm considering getting a Kindle. I love actually having books, but I hardly ever buy them and I don't have room on my bookshelves for much more, so I thought I might have a look at them and maybe get one with my next paycheck. Anyone out there have one (or something similar) and would recommend it?
