Still exhausted from crazy times up in Edinburgh, Hogmanay was awesome! Definitely the most impressive display of fireworks I have ever seen, it was absolutely deafening! Then the next day we went sledging on the hills near Carlops, which was amazing. The snow was so deep, and it was s sunny and beautiful and generally awesome. But I am tired now, ( Read more... )

I am good thanks! Though I am sorry to say I have been badly neglecting the HP fandom. I'm trying to get back into it this year, because I miss the crack, and Harry/Draco mostly.

It seems a very, very long time ago when I joined FAP and it all began, lol.

How are you?

Yeah I haven't been in HP or any fandom for a while now... I have plans to get back into it this year too! Already reading quite a bit of H/D, not sure if I'll start writing again though. Yay for being in the same fandom this year! :D (I really want to get into Merlin and Shelock Holmes fandoms too... I'll have to see how that goes >.<)

It really does! FAP days would've been circa 2004/2005? So about five years ago... wowee!

I have just started reading H/D again too; it's been one heck of a nostalgia trip for me! I re-read Irresistable Poison recently, which was the first fic I ever read ever. I think I first read it in late 2003, then fandom stuff really took off with FAP in 2004. I feel old school!

I am a tiny tempted to go and revisit FAP, for old times sake, but the thought of how different it will be scares me somewhat! Lol.

And I would totally recommend Merlin and Sherlock Holmes, the Merlin fandom in particular is pretty awesome! :D
