I had a lot of fun at the Mesh / Covenant gig on Sunday. Lots of bleepy, bouncy dancing goodness. Shame on Covenant for not playing Dead Stars though, and on Mesh from not playing Trust You. However, they did each end on absolute blinders (Mesh with Crash, and Covenant with Call the Ships To Port) so almost all was forgiven. Jim and I spent much time slagging off Apple after seeing that Covenant were using a Mac Book. Haha.
The girl with glow sticks in front of us spent much of Covenant's set apparently trying to direct in a plane, and there was a gentleman wandering about in what appeared to be a Three Musketeers costume. Goths, eh? I spent most of Covenant's set dancing, it turned into quite the mini rave.
Oh, and RBN played too. I think they used to be called Revolution By Night and before that were Restoratation from back in the 90s. I saw the later at many a wee Sunday night goth gig in the Marquee. I was unmoved.
In technology news, the man from British Gash fixed the fridge, but the parts required for the washing machine won't be available for a week. That'll be my smalls dripping over the bath, then.
