Saw
Donnie Darko in a
theater on Saturday with Matt, Damon, and Amy. Probably the fifteenth or so time I've seen it, since well, I own it. Definitely a great movie to finally see in the theater. I managed to catch a lot that I had missed before, what with the very large screen and theater sound. Amazingly, some people in the theater decided to talk right on through the movie. Struck me as rather odd as I haven't really had a problem with anyone talking through a movie in a long time, and well, the movie is out on dvd. If you must talk through the movie, maybe it's best to rent it and talk to your heart's content in the comfort of your own home. It's playing until this Friday... I might just have to go see it again. PLUS it's in the best theater ever. They have beer, and fresh popcorn, and spinach and cheese croissants, and yummy-non-stale-hot-pretzels, and spice combinations to put on your popcorn. PLUS their beer selection consists of Sierra Nevada, Pilsner, Guiness, and Hoegaarden. They took every other row out of the theaters, so there is scads o' legroom. It really does rule...
