Went hiking up Arroyo Seco on Sunday.  I got up to the debris dam above Paul Little.  Not much has been done to the picnic area.  The trail up to Oakwild was marked with a "trail closed" sign, but nothing more.  Somewhere up the hill, the forest is still closed.  Still, it was nice to see clear water coming down the creek again.  The creek has reclaimed some of the old route, and in one spot been pushed back.

Monday I finished knitting another toy, this one being Nessie.  Was a bit harder than it looked.  You wouldn't think a Nessie would be harder than an octopus, but it was a little.
