concert in the park
I went down to Memorial Park to see the band out tonight. They were Los Pinguos, a group from Argentina (mainly). They were a little sad to have just been knocked out of the World Cup so ingloriously by Germany. And once announcing that, they did one of their early songs called Alemania.
A little girl was running around with her blanket. She was really cute. I decided to try to catch a bit of her play even though she had been quite done with it for a while. Then add in the band, mostly sitting with the singer playing a suitcase, and the suggestion of the rest of the audience. I was way on the side because I got there too late even though I didn't miss a note.
