It's been raining a bit, so I've decided upon an umbrella tree. I also realized that I hadn't made up a tree since the first few days. Too much work? It's certainly something I find hard, but the point isn't to do that which is easy. So I painted what every garden needs, at least for today.
These trees may be overlapping, but they don't quite work like ordinary umbrellas. They direct the water down their branches and trunk to collect near the root. Of course, that means that you wouldn't want to lean on one in the rain...
