Point in Canon
Accelerator was originally taken from episode 20, after Yoshikawa had sent him in search of Last Order but before he had successfully located her. He has since been canon updated to after Amai Ao shoots him in the head. While he has recovered for the most part from his brain damage, it is mostly if not entirely due to a combination of some Micro denizens' abilities and advanced medical treatment in Micro that the Heaven Canceler could never offer him. His body back home is still in the same condition it would be. He merely has the new memories from back there, up through finding out the precise state of his condition. Accelerator has also experienced one awakening while in Micro, when he went into a homicidal trance, sprouted black mist-like wings and cried blood over believing Haru's kidnappers had killed her and hearing that they intended to fuck the (dead) body. He does not remember the wings part, so unless someone ever mentioned it to him, he is unaware of this.
Motivation
Before his canon update in April, Accelerator was heavily concentrated on finding a way out. Saving Last Order was important to him. Now that that has actually happened back home and she and the remaining clones are all safe, he has no particular motivation in Micro aside from learning how to live a normal life, surrounded by people who care about him and don't fear or judge him. It can be hard at times, because he is incredibly hard on himself and won't let him believe it is this easy, but no matter how stained with darkness he is and no matter how stubborn he remains about his ability to redeem himself, he will always, and does, ache for the light. He's been here so long that it's no longer a strange thing to have friends, although he won't let himself get used to being wanted or desired by others.
Sex Life
Accelerator usually goes looking for Yune on a weekly basis, at the very least. They have a relatively rowdy and ah... somewhat active sex life, given that Yune constantly enjoys variation and they have probably tried a lot of things. Accelerator's power is that of vector change. This expresses itself in numerous ways, but the primary methods are automatic and intentional. His default Redirection auto-deflects incoming vectors that are not on the current settings of his "harmless vector" filter. He allows sound and gravity most of the time, and obviously needs oxygen, but these are examples of the exceptions. Brain waves other than those of the MISAKA Sisters Network are always blocked, so telepaths cannot read his mind. As for intentional, he can manipulate the vectors of whatever he touches. This action inflicts his personal reality on the reality of everyone else, and lets him do things like block sound waves, create storms of wind and plasma from mere breezes, control the flow of liquids, redirect projectiles, deflect UV rays away from his skin, take control of the electrical signals in a person's brain, defy gravity, and further defy the laws of physics through what looks to others like superhuman speed and strength. Lifting a train car into the air? Easy. So is stopping a moving car and selectively crushing parts of it, or jumping ten meters into the air and rocketing from building ledge to building ledge with no fear of falling. All your vectors are belong to Accelerator.
This is something Accelerator relies on for everything, and he abuses it relentlessly. Without his power, he's little more than a weakling who doesn't know a lick about street fighting.
His AIM field has the side effect of causing physical discomfort or ailments to magic users who use magic while in close enough proximity to him. Sorry about that, Shirou, except not? :> It is very heavily concentrated around his body, and he generates a lot of this psychic energy, enough so that it masks the scent of his body. People with heightened senses will get the feeling he's not all there because he smells so faint.
