First of all, a very Happy Mother's Day to all of the wonderful moms on my list. :)
I spent the weekend catching up on a lot of random movies and TV and generally being a dirtbag. (I went to a Super Wal-Mart, I can barely believe I made it back alive, they just scream Hellmouth to me.) And I'm waiting for the X-Files trailer to finally debut tonight (@ midnight, wheeeee) because that's the kind of priority I like to really focus my energy on.
I'm super behind, but yay that Fox passed on McSpaced, which is both awesome and surprising (surprising that Fox would make a good programming decision).
Tim Gunn's new co-host is actually a pseudo-Boston celeb, which is fun but random, I've only caught the local "Gretta's Got It" segments maybe once or twice, so I don't really have a good impression of her yet, but she has to be better than Veronica.
What did I watch? A quick rundown, the last BSG was very good (I love the inner-Cylon dymnamics, and I love Mary McDonnell, so win/win there), the last Doctor Who wasn't great but certainly not bad enough to complain about as long as they continue to fuel my Donna Noble obsession, the last CSI sucked (it was like a pod show with pod people, who were no longer smart or funny, despite the fact it was being written by "comedy" writers), I'm seriously ready to shitcan House is they don't come up with any new plots or character direction other than the same circle of snide winking, and Lost was good in that mindfucky-Lost way. My opinions, there they are.

Are you all newly-obsessed or re-obsessed with RDJ like I am? (I'm sort of newly re-obsessed, I always thought he could have been Johnny Depp, really, he's gorgeous and one of the best and quirkiest talents out there, but I wouldn't let myself get attached just in case. :( ) But now he's healthy and happy and has this awesome franchise and he's still blazing hot... he's even made me like Gwyneth Paltrow just from a coolness proximity transfer. I totally need to do an RDJ film re-watch (except for Fur, christ that movie was bad.)
