Hee! If it's any consolation, there are several envelopes to go under my Christmas tree as well. No matter how much my fingers itch. *g*

We're both so good, this can only mean very good presents ;)

Actually, it's pretty nice here at work. Pretty quiet and relaxed, though I just noticed it can be a bit of a problem if you'd like to ask your colleague something and they're almost all on vacation.

I hope things will be festive tomorrow. I'll be watching "A Christmas Story" (see my icon) with my sister like we've been doing for a couple of years now, so that'll be nice and we'll decorate the tree and stuff.

My brother's family will come on Thursday (or "Leon frei Haus" as I like to call it when they bring over my cute little nephew). Mostly I hope to feel inspired to write and failing that to enjoy a few days off :)

I hope you'll get that holiday feeling too tomorrow!

I think I'm going to tear my hair out. I'm left with the one colleague who knows how to get on my nerves just by breathing, and he's slurping his coffe and sniffling because he's got a runny nose but doesn't care enough to use a tissue, and there's no one else I could talk to and distract myself from the guy and his stupid, stupid attempts at small talk.

Seriously, a few more hours of this and I'm going to bash his head in. This must be what working with Rodney McKay must be like, because he just knows everything better. Except he's nothing like Rodney, because 80% of the time he's just wrong, wrong, so very wrong, which of course doesn't stop him from telling me how to organise my own job better.

*huffs*

We're going to have a family gathering tomorrow, just my parents, my sister and her husband. Well, and me. It'll be nice and quiet and I'm looking forward to it, though chances are high this year there'll be drama about my father's health. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed. :)

Ah sorry, about your Rodney-with-arrogance-but-no-justification-for-it. We're having fun here. There was a spirited discussion about whether the movie Clueless sucks and what makes a movie a guys movie.

I hope your Christmas will be dramaless and just nice and quiet (plus super pressies :)
