Miller's Crossing header, Pairing Poll Pimping and fic year in review meme
I've got a new layout! And I actually did the CSS customizing myself (and by that I mean selected the unstyled theme and searched in s2expressive and copy and pasted and modified until I had what I wanted).
Alternate of the header, free to go to a good home
Note: I think it's pretty, but not very easy to use as a header. And I was too lazy to make it work for non-white background. But maybe someone wants it as a desktop wallpaper or whatever.

Also, in case you hadn't seen. There's a pairing poll on the MGM Stargate site. And no, no John/Rodney to vote for. However you could support the only pairing in the poll that is actually McShep friendly.
Fic year in review meme

Take the first sentence (or 2) from the first story posted of each month of 2007. That's your fic year in review.
1) John awoke and opened his eyes to see the disheveled hair of one genius astrophysicist. He nuzzled it, because it was there.
2) The first that Rodney saw of John was his ass as it was being fucked by his boyfriend.
3) When Joe turned around, he was faced with David staring at him with huge eyes.
4) "Good job, McKay."
5) "Sheppard!"
Sweat was gathering on Rodney's upper lip as he ground out the name.
6) "I'll be back in Atlantis July 23rd," the letter began.
7) Dear Laurie,
yes, it is still summer.
8) John didn't know how they always ended up in these situations. Although to be fair, they'd never quite been in this situation.
9) When John woke up, he immediately noticed that he was alone. There was a moment of disappointment as always.
10) He's dead.
John woke with a start.
11) John feels the beat more than he hears it. It runs through him, moving him to its rhythm.
12) Rodney just needed to look at John to know exactly what he was thinking.
