it's important that we take a look at our faith and our servitude.
it isnt fair for me to call myself a believer, when i havent shown the dedication, pride, and servitude to Him on a complete level.
we are all guilty of this. but why stop now? why all of a sudden call is quits on your servititude, when the purpose of being a Christian is to grow. whether you complete follow the doctrine or not, loving God is not a title, but a relationship. some may think it silly to cop out on a relationship because you don't feel like you are completely giving to it.
however, this is your decision. i love you. you may not call yourself a Christian, but (s)He calls you His(Her) own, heather, no matter what title you feel you claim.
i look forward to seeing you grow. i really do. and congratulations on a sigh of relief, but remember not to let this "relief" become a burden. too easy what seems like a relief quickly transforms into a burden that leads you to be stagnant.
you have a heart for humanity, and an incredibly open, loving, mind. take this time of transition to learn all you can and read up on stuff like theology, and the correlations of religion and history. don't, please, do not just sit still!!!
keep me updated on what you learn/find out.
