Because I can

What year was it?
1995

What were your three favorite bands (performers)?
Breathe, Phantom of the Opera Soundtrack, and Garth Brooks. (Could I be more eclectic?)

What was your favorite outfit?
Jeans, a tank top and flannel, along with my chain link belt.

What was up with your hair?
Hippie hair. Long, blond, strait cut. At one point I did get it cut like one of the models in a Victoria Secret Catalog. But it was basically just really long bangs.

Who were your best friends?
Shelli and Kat.

What did you do after school?
Went to Samsara's to hang out with everyone. At night I spent all night on the phone with my boyfriend that lived in Alaska. Helllooooo $500 phone bills monthly. Much to my parents relief those were all on his phone bills.

Where did you work?
The Skating Rink attending the snack bar, and Carousel Candies on the Wharf with Shelli.

Did you take the bus?
Only to go into town to pick up my Mom's car from her work when mine was in the shop.

Who did you have a crush on?
Who didn't I have a crush on?

Did you fight with your parents?
Not really

Who did you have a CELEBRITY crush on?
I can't think of a Celebrity crush from then. Perhaps Stephen Baldwin. I'm sure Shelli or Kat can answer me this one better.

Did you smoke cigarettes?
Nope, not until much later.

Did you lug all of your books around in your backpack all day because you were too nervous to find your locker?
Nope. I kept my books in my car. Went to my car after 2nd period, which was band, which was right by the parking lot, went to the car at lunch to go off campus, and only needed one book for the classes after lunch. I had very few academic classes my senior year, as I had taken most of my academics in the beginning of high school.
Did you have a 'clique'?
Oh yeah. JROTC crowd.

Did you have "The Max" like Zach, Kelly, and Slater?
Denny's, but that's about it. We practically lived at Samsara's (Or at least Shelli and I did). That was one of the local coffee shops. They hated having the kids that were there in there all the time. It was the riff raff of the streets.

Admit it, were you popular?
I didn't think so, but when a friend came to school to assist me with a weapons demonstration he said that I was. Said we had two "popular" groups at school, the traditional one and then the JROTC group that I was a part of.

Who did you want to be just like?
I just wanted to be me.

What did you want to be when you grew up?
I was hoping to be an actress.

Where did you think you'd be at the age you are now?
A very successful actress.
