I said I was was trying to post content other than memes, but... I am weak. (And I like memes that run the chance of giving me an opportunity to meta.)

Give me one or ships, and I'll give you my honest opinion/take on them.

(Note: it says honest, so only ask if you're sure you want to know.)

Non-canon relationships are totally okay!

I like the idea of Sara/Diana. I love femslash, and I love both characters. The problem for me is that there's just not enough there. Sara and Diana have one or two interactions, but not much. And I know some people could totally ship based on that, but I tend to need a fair amount of canon support. The ship doesn't have to be canon, I just need to feel like canon makes it plausible. (There are exceptions. I have some ships that have never interacted with each other. But those are the exception rather than the rule.)

This plays into one of my few serious frustrations with how White Collar does gender. There are so many awesome women, but they barely interact.

Sara/Diana is a ship I'd totally read, but I think I'd have a hard time writing it.

Also, I have to be honest, even though I'm not proud of it, I have some difficulty shipping Sara with people not Neal in anything more than a casual type relationship. (I ship Sara/Landon Shepard in this sort of way.)

(I'll get to Root/Shaw in a bit. I've been doing a slow rewatch of season four, and I'm just a few episodes away from "If-Then-Else." I'd like to watch that again first, for obvious reasons.)

I get what you mean. I love the idea of the two of them, but there's barely a time when they have an interaction together. There's the double date, but we don't really see them talk much. Beyond that... I'm drawing blanks.

I also like Sara/Alex, but it's the same issue there... Well, they have the one thirty second talk towards the end of Under the Radar. Nice moment, but once again, not much time together onscreen.

Yay for POI rewatch :D
