this and that
well, thank goodness the election is over! i tend to keep politics out of my journal and online communities because i've seen too many friendships go down the crapper due to not agreeing with views... well i will say that the election did not go the route that i would have liked for it to, but i am going forward being very optimistic... i am going to quote something that my friend said today that i couldn't agree with more:
"You know, I get pissed off at the people who walk around with the whole "He ain't my President" attitude. As Scott pointed out, Barak won fair and square. I will be here every step of the way to give him kudos when I agree, and raising hell when I disagree, but I will never refer to him as "Not my president." Congrats to Obama, his family, and supporters!"
so anyway.... that is about the only politics that will be posted here in my journal for another 4 years LOL
i did find out that LJ isn't blocked at work anymore... muhahahahaha... but i am always super busy so i probably will still wait until i get home to do any posting :)
with that being said, i really don't have much more to say, except i have posted 3 days in a row now LOL
