Laid down in the living room for a bit before starting dinner, as it was still a bit too early for food and there was a fattycat who wanted hugs. Woke up two hours later...oops. XD And the fattycat was still curled up next to me....so cute! :> Started dinner, watched a couple more Yogscasts, made some inquiries, was informed there probably weren't enough on to raid, made a "YES!" fistpump, and played some more Portal 2 with thunder for a bit. I am confused, btw - there's an achievement for going through 4 separate portals without touching the ground. And there is a level where you have to put your portal above a faith plate, another onto a slope, your partner puts a portal on a second slope, and the exit on a third slope to fling you up to the exit. That's...your first, your second, their first, their second, then you land. And you don't get the achievement there...why? :S I found a youtube video on how you can go about it elsewhere, it just seems strange to me that we satisfied the criteria but it doesn't count. I DID find that if you pick up a turret and turn so you're facing the other person, it will shoot at them. Muahahahahahaha. And also that they can pick it up out of your hands and try to shoot YOU with it too. Eep D:

Had a weird dream, a group of us had traveled From The Future in a little cramped starship/time travel device to try and evacuate a planet before its sun collapsed. My sister was one of the people in the ship, and I had to go get her because she had run off to the beach to play in the ocean instead of coming with us to the leadership council, so we were out where we hadn't planned to be when the event actually happened. I was able to convince the leader that he needed to get as many people off the planet as they could, and he finally gave the evacuation order, but tidal waves from the shockwave were already starting to sweep across the planet. We got to our little spaceship in time, and on our way up we passed by one of the people who had moved a computer high up to escape the worst of the waves. We offered to take him with us, but he was using his software to direct evacuation ships safely away, and even though he knew he would die, chose not to go, just looked sadly up at us as we lifted away as the last, biggest todal wave arced towards the ship. It was all very sad. :< Made me go off and do some digging on what we're experience if the sun ever did go out. A Pail of Air is a good read, if you're up for being depressed about inevitable destruction.

Ooh, almost time to go home :v
