Yep that's what I had. We talked to the real estate agent and the mortgage company today. We got our pre-approval amount and are going to see some houses tomorrow. Since our move to Florida had to be post poned for 3-5 years we picked places here in PA we wouldn't mind living. These places range from Hershey areas to Mechanicsburg and Dillsburg areas. The agent already sent me some listings we are going to see tomorrow and I'll be getting a second email with the rest later tonight. Some look like good possibilities. I'm so excited. It has been such a long hard struggle for us to finally get to this point. Buying our first house. I mean we've been married for 7 years (next month) and we have an 8 year old and a 4 year old. Sure did take longer that we had hoped and thought. It's a good feeling. I can't wait for tomorrow. Wish us luck on finding a good one. I'll have pictures that I'll try to get posted. Probably will be on myspace though because I can put them all into one folder with ease. We'll see.
