dear 2008,

i am in the unending process of learning how to love myself. this year, i promise to treat myself right, but to also be firm and strict in moderation.
i want to spend at least 3 hours a week every week at the gym this year.
i want to try to eat healthier portions of food.
i will learn to control my anger and gain patience.

i will study harder.
i will work out harder.
i will love harder.
i will party harder.

2007 was beautiful and i will leave the bad memories behind and carry the good ones with me.
