The Cub and Maths

We went shopping today. The Cub knew she had up to $14 (which included today's pocket money), and she bought a book for $5, and a toy for $6.85.
Since I hadn't given her her $3 pocket money, she gave me$ 8.85 in cash when she got home.
I just checked it, and it adds to how much she owes me. She did all the inbetween maths herself.
She just rocks.
