Whoooooooooooooo! Fridaaaaaaaaaaay! Alright!! Hangin' out at home! Whooooooooo!
Oh man I'm awesome! Well, my plan for tonight sort of worked out. I just wanted to lounge around at home and here I am! Unfortunately there should be some more factors here. Where's the oreos and milk? Where's the movie? Where's the other person who I was hoping would be here? The answers to those questions are: in the cupboard and fridge, in the living room, and in Winona. Oh well...I have a couple weekends left here.
Oh! And guess what else! My chiropractor says I definitely have some injury in my neck and I'm going to need extensive work to make sure I don't get arthritis when I'm 30. I'm out of alignment!! He "adjusted" my back today which involved him twisting and putting pressure on my spine so it would make a lovely cracking sound. It was AMAZING!! Imagine how it feels when you crack your knuckles. Got that? Now imagine that all the way up your spine! Then I got some electrostimulation. I know, that word intrigued me too! It's these little electrodes that they hook up to the affected area and they send a slight current through the muscle so it tingles and feels like it's being massaged. Apparently the machine that does it costs about the same as a midsize Toyota. Also noteworthy is the injury causes me headaches, trouble sleeping, and irritability! I have some scar tissue along the cervical vertebrae already but with physical therapy and more adjustments and electrostimulation, I'll be rocking out well into my 80s! Here's to you Williams Integra-Care! Huzzah!
