hey

Hey everyone. I just joined the community. I've been a vegetarian for 7 years. I am not vegan, I'm lacto-ovo. I love to cook and am always looking for new recipes. I make a lot of food that is simple and requires a bit of your own imput. Adding your own spark always makes it better.
SPINACH LASAGNA
cheese- romano, parmesan, mozzarella, etc.
garlic seasoning, salt, and pepper
lasagna noodles-store bought or homemade
fresh spinach, you judge how much.
Red tomato sauce, home made or store bought.

Prep time...
45 minutes to 1 hour

Boil water and cook noodles for about 5 minutes or until slightly limp
in large oven safe pan start arranging your noodles to make a bottom layer
add a layer of sauce, spinach, and cheese
continue process until the pan is filled
variation of layers is optional
sprinkle garlic, salt, and pepper on top
Bake until cheese is melted and it looks ready at about 375 degrees (You have to be your own judge)

It's really good. I make it all the time and a lot of ppl I cook for love it. So, I shared my recipe, you guys share one of yours...
:)
