I absolutely love the stuff with chinese food and my mum decided to bring some up when she came to visit (the woman, bless her, brings a huge amount of food and stuffs my cupboards out of fear that I'll starve). So I made a Kung Po stir fry the other night for myself and the husband but totally forgot to use the Pok Choi.
I don't want it to go to waste but I don't fancy doing another stir fry or just having it plain (wilted in soy sauce). Does anyone have any good recipes for pok choi?
The easier/simpler, the better. I do dance classes every evening so I don't have a lot of time in the week to do a big dinner.
