Cauliflower breadsticks.

I used Ener-G egg replacer since I can't eat eggs. Works like a charm! If you're vegan, or have an egg allergy, I highly suggest this product. I got it for cheap at vitacost.com

These taste sooooooo good. Doesn't taste at all like cauliflower.

What I did is instead of flipping it by lifting it off, I put the parchment paper with the cauliflower on a cookie sheet, then took another piece of parchment paper, turned it upside down, and then peeled the paper off.

I also put the cauliflower in the microwave for three minutes after I shredded it, so that the extra moisture was absorbed. In between flipping, I also took a paper towel and soaked up whatever extra water/grease/moisture there was. It came out great.
