I'm going to have to cut down a lot of mint this weekend because we have to have our foundation sprayed for ants/termites... if I don't cut it down beforehand we'll just end up losing it because I won't use it if I think it's come into contact with the spray. I'm trying to find a way to use it so it won't go to waste. We recently had the most fantastic homemade wild mint and dark chocolate chip ice cream at a restaurant I'd love to recreate (I've never made ice cream before) so I'm googling recipes for that. I also thought I'd see if any of you have any good ideas for using up massive amounts of mint....?
(preferably things that won't cost a fortune to make...!)
We already use it in drinks and such so I'm looking for options of using large amounts. Thanks for any suggestions :-)
