I've just picked up a bag of TVP. I've read plenty about how to use it in its granular form, however I got it in chunks. What's it good for in that form? The granular stuff is a great ground beef substitute, but I am not sure how to best use the chunks. Any uses would be great, but specifically, can it be used in a soup?
