Due to vine damage, we had to remove all the cucumbers this weekend to avoid losing them (and possibly extending the life of the vines) which means I now have 40 lbs of ripe cucumbers in a laundry basket waiting to be dealt with. Help!
I'm in search of both short term and long term solutions... (read that as eat now recipes and pickling/canning recipes) because I don't want to see these go to waste.
Anyone wanna spill their cucumber secrets?
