I just got a new food processor and I want to play with it. I'm thinking about making salsa for myself instead of buying the store bought kind. I like mild or medium salsa. We don't like the chunks in salsa, so I thought I could make a pureed one with the processor

red onion (one small)
red bell pepper (1/2 c. diced)
1/2 c. canned drained rinsed crisp white and yellow sweet corn
1/2 c. drained rinsed canned black beans
fresh garlic (a few cloves, diced)
fresh cilantro (a handful)
jalapeno pepper (1 small)
a few squeezes of lime juice
1 tsp cumin
a few dashes cayenne pepper
salt to taste

we're mexican so we like it extremely hot
Depending on the serving you want, add more, or less. but heres the basic recipe:
-3 tomatillos (spanish green tomatoes)
-2 table spoons of warm water.
-hand full of cilantro
-5 large jalepanos (you can add less if you'd like) (green peppers would be another alternitive for a not-so-spicy salsa)
-a little pinch of salt and pepper
