I am almost finished with my arrangement and it feels pretty good. Obviously its not going to be the best thing anyone has ever heard but you have to start somewhere. I am really happy to be doing this too. Not only will it give some slack to Katie and Nate but also will give some stylistic variety to the groups sound. Also, knowing that you are the arranger of something that your group is singing..wow, I can only imagine what that is going to feel like. HAHA, watch Katie see it and be like, wow, this really sucks and there is no way we can do this. That would suck. But, you never know, i may think its not so bad, but hey, what do i know? I am excited to be finished with it and move onto other things. I had sort of gotten to a point where i was really frustrated with doing it and it was hard and i just wanted to be through. Now, i am almost through with it and it feels really rewarding. Wow, im hungry. ::a little off topic::
When I was in Boston, I went to the MFA and saw the Gaugin exhibit that was there, and I just can't get it out of my head. It was probably one of the coolest most interesting, inspiring things i have seen in a while. I wasnt really even very familiar with him before this experience but now, after seeing his work and hearing about all the things relevant in his life and the relevance of evertyhing in his works and how each painting had something to do with another and how they were all arranged in the gallery, i just cant stop thinking about it.
Also, i dont feels the pangs of boredom ar idleness anymore. I guess that was just a few day slump or rut...I think I was ovulating. Haha, sorry. I have been working like mad of my music, and I have a lot of fun things coming up. One thing I havent done though is to clean my house and finish my laundry!!!! AAAHHHH!!!
