I'm very proud of myself. I made vegan banana-bran muffins that came out AWESOMELY. Even my like... anti-vegan friends liked them. I have a new thing to bring to parties. Oh muh gawd!
They're really nice. All muffiny-like with a strudel top and on top of the strudel top is a lil' carmelized banana slice. And I sprinkled some cinnamon on top. I have to get rid of them all fast. I have a feeling the dessert-binging-monster may visit me if I don't.
The sceond batch is almost done. Better make sure it's not aflame.
