Yoooooo it's my golden birthday on Saturday. Gonna be 28 on the 28th. Don gave me a bunch of Moomin books early. And a tofu press. And a cookbook.
I signed up to be a vegan coach and be a guiding light during some poor omnivore's 5 week stint as one of us. Can't wait. I hope we get to cook together. I hope we go shopping together for seitan. I hope we become life long friends. It's crazy how I keep meeting new people from my new neighborhood and I'm so excited for it to be above freezing so we can hang out. Over the weekend we all got snowed in, and digging ourselves out is when we met a bunch of our neighbors. Hey guys.
