time flies
well holy crap, i've been busy.
mm.. merry christmas and happy new year, and i won't go through what i did those days because honestly it was pretty boring. except seeing James and his new cats. Keats and Whisper. maybe the cutest things in the world.
i pretty much cheeped out on christmas and made everyone presents. I've been on this crazy sculpting kick recently, but it's fun and it's keeping me entertained and *mostly* peaceful. sometimes i kind of want to smash things, but usually it's a wonderful artsy relaxing good thing. I just made paige a beetle. It's dead and its little hairy legs are all curled up in the air.
I've missed everyone lately. During winter break i was very isolated from everything that had to do with school, and i enjoyed it, but now i'm back and i realize how much i missed having some human contact.
Yesterday Don, his wife, and I were walking through merrow meadow and i found a beautiful tree. It took a little while to realize there were names carved all over it, and up at the top in the biggest heart were connor and jess. It was so unexpected and so sweet i almost cried. it pretty much made my day.
