well, my dad went to west point and he says that it was the best thing he ever did, but then again my dad is crazy. he only had my mother to keep contact with in high school cuz they both sorta left their small oklahoma (that looks wrong) town friends and never looked back. on the other hand, he made friends at west point that he's kept his entire life. but u get that at other colleges too.

my mother didn't like her college roommates and ended up hatin college cuz of it so make sure u do have good roommates no matter what college u go to.

it's all a matter of what u wanna do with ur life afterwards: with the academy, u automatically have the next couple of years (or more) picked out for u. they tell u what to do and where to live, but u get to move outta here (another plus).

being in the military definately makes u more finaceally stable than ur peers in ur 20s and even 30s.

maybe visit uga or ga tech (or again) and see if they truly fit u better.

besides, u've done all this work just to get accepted, and now u wanna turn down something that i assume u want to do deep down inside of u just because u are scared of making a bad decision?

do whatever u want; it's ur life and only u can really make the decision of where u would be happiest.
