So, I went to the gym. We kind of dicked around a bit, but in the end at least I went and did something.

Most importantly, we did some weights. Or muscles as my brain likes to call them apparently. I can't do the delta flys apparently. I am a bit sore in the triceps after whatever I did do. And my leg muscles will be sore tomorrow when I go to Zumba toning.

I had so much motivation, but it kind of evaporated while I was waiting for the bus. I should attempt to clean something and do some homework and laundry and then hop in the shower, like I'd planned.

I missed the first bus, so I decided to run into the grocery store and picked upa  greek salad for lunch tomorrow. I also bought pork rinds and I ended up justting eating a bag of those for supper and now I feel uncomfortably full. :( Am I back in keto? I don't know. I am trying not to worry about it. Angele says it looks like I am still losing weight, even though I'm not, and Shannon said I look thinner today, even though all I've done seen I last saw her was pig out. And I could still go for some swiss chalet if my tummy weren't so full right now.

I caught two more mice, bringing the total count to 5. Fuck.
Must clean, but so sleepy.
