Thai noodle salad?
Hey guys! Does anyone have any good recipes for a Thai noodle salad?
I went to a vineyard in Napa Valley that had a gourmet deli. I was too much, eh... well... the wine tastings before I got there did such a job on my head that I was swaying too much to remember the name of it, lol! 8D But we took home this great Thai noodle salad. It has fried noodles, toasted sesame, baby corn, red peppers, chives, and a couple of other vegetables in it I can't identify. Tossed in an oil.
Help me out, please?
